Ingredients For Chicken;
• Boneless chicken – ½ kg
• Yogurt- 1 tablespoon
• Lime or lemon juice- ½ tablespoon
• Salt- 1 & ½ teaspoons or to taste
• Crushed black pepper- 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon
• Onion powder- 1 teaspoon
• Garlic powder- 1 teaspoon
• Cumin powder- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
• Coriander powder- 1 & ½ teaspoons
• Cinnamon powder- ½ Olive oil- 2 teaspoons
• Oil for frying- 2 to 3 tablespoons
DIRECTIONS;
• Cut the chicken into thin slices. Then marinate it with all the spices for an hour.
• Fry chicken in oil on medium heat. Fry each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Cut the fried chicken into small pieces and set aside.
Ingredients For Shawarma Sauce;
• Mayonnaise- 1 cup (230 ml)
• Yogurt- ½ cup
• Salt- ¾ teaspoon
• Crushed black pepper- ½ teaspoon• Dried oregano- 1 teaspoon
• Lime or lemon juice- 2 teaspoons
• Garlic paste- 1/2 tablespoon
DIRECTIONS;
• Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth sauce is ready.
• Fill the prepared sauce in a bottle. It can be store in refrigerator for 2 weeks.

SHAWARMA ASSEMBLING;
INGREDIENTS;
• Prepared fried chicken
• Prepared shawarma sauce
• Chili sauce (optional if want spicy)
• Lettuce as required
• Shredded cabbage as • Tomato slices as required
• Shawarma wrap
Directions;
• Spread some shawarma sauce over the wrap.
• Add some lettuce, shredded cabbage, sliced tomatoes, prepared fried chicken, some shawarma sauce and chili sauce.
• Now fold the wrap and cook it in a hot pan on low heat. Cook each side for a minute.
