This here is my hanging leg lifts with the full hang.

I do this version to get a decompressing of the spine and to build a bit of grip endurance.

It also makes sure I am getting quality reps because I am not just swinging the weight due to not using a chain here, like I do with my "half" version.
If I did swing the weight to get it up, then I would ruin my set.

Great for building the Rectus Abdominis ("6 Pack"), Transverse Abdominis, and your Hip Flexors.
