When Property Management 🏠 - Turns Into Flat Tire Management! 😅

Today I was on my way to meet at a homeowner’s property for a final warranty inspection.

When a newly built home is purchased, it usually comes with a builder’s warranty period. During this time, the builder is responsible for touch-ups, small repairs, and ensuring the home’s foundation and systems remain stable as the house settles. These inspections are a big deal for homeowners, because it’s their chance to have issues corrected before the warranty expires.

But my smooth day turned into… a flat day. 😂

One tire flat.

Another going flat.

Even my spare looked flat once I put it on.

It feels like the tires didn’t get the memo about how important this inspection was.

This is part of property management life: balancing schedules, homeowner needs, and sometimes even car trouble. At the end of the day, it’s about persistence — because the homes don’t wait and the work still needs to get done.
