Every breath is a chance to start anew.

As I was chilling in the garden last night, sitting on the bench with a 0% Erdinger in hand, I was reminded of the accidental opportunities which instantly reinvigorate a child-like happiness within.

Not 5 minutes passed before the sky above us was full of hot air balloons as part of the Telford Balloon Fiesta, something I'd completely forgotten about.

Excusing my very wobbly attempt at recording, in the mix was a balloon resembling a sheep (featured in the reel).

Had I not taken the time, even briefly yesterday, to spend some time with my family, I'd have missed a chance to giggle, a chance to reconnect, and a chance to be reminded that, despite all the darkness that we see in the world, there are also unexpected things which bring joy.

In those moments, I was reminded that we can never truly know what the next second, minute or hour will bring.

Rather than holding onto the fear of what may happen next, instead grip tightly to the memories of unexpected joy, spontaneous happiness and unanticipated love because only these will fuel more good to come into your life.
