Teen who threatened to kill Martin County jewelry store owner during robbery dies; family sues

A teenager who was shot last month by a jewelry store owner on the Treasure Coast has died. The owner said he felt his life was threatened after the teen robbed his store. The State Attorney's office did not press charges against the owner.
