Frogs eating habits are quite interesting, their saliva actually physically changes properties aiding them to hunt more effectively.

According to studies,the second a frog's tongue touches an insect, their saliva transforms is is very sticky, allowing them to cover the insect and quickly eat. Their eyes actually play a role in eating as well, when they blink it causes the saliva to liquefy, allowing them to swallow their freshly caught meal.
