Day 235 – Aftermath and Misplaced Fear — Jeremiah 40–42 | Bible In A Year (CSB)

After Jerusalem’s fall, the remnant wrestles with what to do next. Though God offers them safety if they remain in the land, fear drives them to consider Egypt. These chapters highlight the tension between trusting God’s promises and seeking security in human plans.
