• How did they Solve the Problem? Where did the idea of Tinfoil Hats come from?

• When they discovered what the Russians were doing they put Tinfoil on the walls and ceilings of the US Embassy in Moscow.

• The Russians were warning America of what they were about to do is going to be a big problem.
