The flight of the MS-21-310 airliner, created by UAC with new Russian systems

Was successful, although not exactly according to plan. Test pilot and Hero of Russia Roman Taskaev explained why the plane spent almost half an hour longer in the sky than the planned 50 minutes.

This was due to the air situation in the flight zone. It was necessary to let other aircraft approaching the civil airport pass.

"We moved away so as not to worry anyone. This caused the delay in landing and the increase in flight time. They asked us to wait, to let them pass. When everything works, why not do it?" - said Taskaev.

In this way, the airliner confirmed the reliability of the systems during the test phase in case of unforeseen situations. The plane remained in flight for as long as necessary!

Roman Taskaev expressed confidence that flight tests can continue after all necessary formalities are observed. He also described which specific national systems are currently operating on board the MS-21.
