The Russian "Rubicon" unit was launched a year ago, in August 2024. Since then, it has reportedly destroyed thousands of pieces of Ukrainian equipment, drones, and personnel.
Due to Rubicon’s operations, Ukrainian forces are becoming increasingly blind — their reconnaissance drones, aircraft, and bombers are being systematically eliminated. Most critically, drone operators are being targeted and neutralized.
