Not the best place for an inspector test valve.

During the inspection and annual Fire Dept. review this closet was made to be vacated and the orifice for the Inspector Test Valve (ITV) was relocated outside the utility closet. DAH! This building was like this until our very first inspection when we took this project over from companies who remain unnamed.
