20250823 - Day of the Giant Ragweed

Nettie Crandall's stone at the Sharon Cemetery in Centerville, Iowa was completely covered with giant ragweed plants. Most of the gravestones in the cemetery were neglected by the mowers. Grass was neatly mowed, but they left the Ragweed alone. I didn't want to cut it, because I used to be allergic to it. I noticed no ill effects from it today. Maybe because it wasn't in full bloom.
