Occam’s Razor Gardening, Cooking & Canning Ep 94

Welcome. The squash, zucchini & pumpkin got the Milk/Turmeric spray treatment last evening. The white powdery mildew on the plants is outrageous. Here’s the recipe:

I’m harvesting Dill seeds today. I should get about liter in volume in seeds. Please join me in the Garden.

The Squash Box lattice frame shifted under the weight of the squashes and is leaning towards the house. This has ripped out a few plants. Best we can do is wait for harvest and then fix the frame. I can prop it up at the time if necessary.

The beans are a bust this year. I’m just eating them off the plants given the poor harvest.

The zucchini’s continue to zucchini. I have no shortage of those this year.

The front pumpkins continue to grow vines but with only one pumpkin so far.

The second sunflower has almost bloomed.
