Dr. Kirk Moore:
Dr. Michael Kirk Moore, a Utah surgeon, faced years in prison after being accused of issuing alternative vaccine cards, discarding government-issued doses, and respecting parents’ requests for saline in place of the COVID-19 vaccine. His case became a symbol of the clash between government mandates and personal freedom.

Throughout the trial, Dr. Moore maintained his innocence—asserting he never profited, never destroyed usable vaccines, and always honored the choices of his patients.
