My Life focus has been on the "micro" of this macro abusive, dysfunctional system; The "Family" and "community".
You were Not allowed to expose Abusers in "Authority" since 1970. It's been Normalized ever since that Children are here to inherit the BILL, the Guillt and Shame, to be OCCUPIED, Indoctrinated, their Mine/Body health INVERTED to do the Bidding of the Empire AT the Expense of their TRUE SELF.
I KNEW this CLEARLY in the mid 70's. Health being ROBBED not Cultivated and invested IN. I was being Trained, of which I FOUGHT LIKE HELL AGAINST, to sacrifice myself For the Abusers.
They had Impunity to CONTINUE Pilllaging my health and life but, I was instructed to "Forgive", "The poor abusers". Who NEVER had to Own their mistakes, Realize their Harm, Apologize, CHANGE COURSE and make Amends. YET, I was to continue "Bailing Them out, "Forgiving".
This is CLEAR Micro of the Macro; Setting "Future" generations up to be USED, Abused for the REST OF THEIR LIVES.
I CALLED my "Family" an Experiment decades ago. That's where "Parenting" came from.
Under the Guise of trying to "Raise" you, saying "Abuse builds charectar", "it's good for you".
My Health, Mind/Body said Otherwise! I listened to what my Mind/Body KNEW, LIVED, Saw, Experienced, Witnessed. It Intuitively FOUGHT BACK as a teen. Everyone tried telling me it was my Mind/ Body That was "Wrong" and that I should listen to Them! I had enough years of Standing up to the Abuser Built up To KNOW my Mind/ Body was RIGHT and that I was BORN a healthy and FIT Child, that was INCONVENIENT when you're healthy enough to Expose Abusers.
Is what led me to Do SO much FITNESS; Mentally, Physically and Spiritualy. Did Body Building, yoga, jogging from 1983 -2004 then Straight Yoga since 04 to change it up.
Weight Training TAUGHT ME, where the line is drawn btwn tearing down and building up Muscle. AND Self Worth.
It's the RIGHT amount of responsibility at the appropriate stage of Child development that BUILDS a Healthy, Self Actualized Person. just like the Right amount of WEIGHT at the Gym.
A personal trainer doesn't encourage Ripping and tearing of ligaments and tendons??
YOGA, with Past/PRESENT, BREATH/Future philosophy; If you cannot take a Full breath in a pose, you're trying to GET too much. To be Right in the Middle of Complacency and being DIS engagged and Pushing the Body Too much.
