Amazing healthy Fruit Skewer Recipe

Fruit Skewers are great as a healthy snack, appetizer or a light dessert. Of course you can use your favorite Fruit or whatever is in Season, served with Greek Yogurt drizzled with Honey or any flavored Yogurt for a Dip.

Fruit Skewers (4)
Ingredients:
8 Watermelon Cubes
8 Cantaloupe Melon Pieces
8 Plumsicle Pieces
8 Cherries, pitted
8 Strawberries

Dip:
Greek Yogurt drizzled with Honey

4 - 12" Metal or Wood Skewers
(Note: if you us 8 - 6" Skewers, use one of each Fruit)

Best to cut Watermelon, Cantaloupe & Plums in equal sized Pieces.
Arrange 2 of each Fruit on one Skewer.
Tip: Chill the Skewers in the refrigerator at least 1 hour, as they taste best cold.
Serve along Greek Yogurt drizzled with Honey.
