🐟 FLAT SAGO AND SMOKED FISH
Crumbled Sago flour. Shaped & Fried. Wet with Sepik river water. Refry, soak in river water.

🥩 SMOKED CROC MEAT (Salted)

🐊 BOILED CROC MEAT AND GREENS
Scraped coconut. Separate bone and meat. Salt, boil in pot. Add MSG, curry powder, vegetables and coconut milk.

🔥 GRILLED CASSOWARY MEAT OVER FIRE (Salted)

🥥 CASSOWARY MEAT COOKED WITH COCONUT MILK AND GREENS IN A METAL POT
Traditional kanaka (tribal) salt by burning coconut husk for ash, then pour water to get a salty liquid. Add meat & vegetables.

🍚 NAGU (Sticky Sago)
Sago flour + water inside pot. Stir.
