Patience

It takes time. It requires a lot of patience to be, to just be.

Patience is required to simply be with movement or lack of movement, presence or absence.

Sometimes it’s two steps forward and one step back, and sometimes it’s three steps back. It’s unpredictable, but we continue, we persevere and keep going nonetheless.

We welcome the Unknown and embrace it.
