A great dish in a potato bowl

Ingredients

• 5 potatoes

• 300 g minced meat

• Half a tea cup of vegetable oil

• 1 onion

• 2 peppers

• 1 tomato

• 1 tablespoon tomato paste

• Black pepper, red pepper (flakes), salt

• A pinch of parsley

For the sauce

• A little less than half a tea cup of vegetable oil

• 1 teaspoon tomato paste

• 1 glass of water

For decoration

• Grated cheese (mozzarella or other hard cheese)

Preparation

1 Cut the potatoes in half and scrape out the middle to make "bowls". Fry them in heated oil until golden brown, then place on a baking sheet.

2 For the filling: heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until soft. Add the minced meat and simmer for a while.

3 Add the remaining ingredients (pepper, tomato, tomato paste, spices) one by one and cook until fully cooked.

4 Fill the potato bowls with the prepared filling, sprinkle with parsley on top.

5 Mix the ingredients for the sauce, pour over the potatoes. Place in a preheated oven (200 °C).

6 A few minutes before it is ready, take it out, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven until it melts.
