Ethiopian Airlines,Boeing and Think Young have collaborated to provide special training in Science

Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) subjects to students selected from various parts of our country. The trainees are 11th-grade students selected from 28 different secondary schools, and the training is provided in partnership with Ethiopian Aviation University. This STEM program is now being offered for the third time. Among the students selected in this third round, 50% are female.
