A pet pig available for adoption at the SPCA

While they specialize in adorable dogs and cuddly cats, right now at the SPCA of Erie County you can adopt a precious little pig named "Bubbles". This little piggy won't be going to market because she is no run of the mill pig. According to Educational Farm Manager Sheila Foss, Bubbles is a stray and was found walking on Main Street in Buffalo. The mini pig is about 9 months old and weighs about ninety-three pounds. Sheila says that Bubbles will make someone a perfect pet, adding "they're wonderful animals, they really are, but people expect them to not be a pig and it's unfair." Sheila says that Bubbles would be best suited for life on a farm. For more information you can check out the SPCA Website.
