An Illegal migrant from China has been arrested for running an international weapons ring out of Gavin Newsom’s California

42-year-old Shenghua Wen, - who overstayed his student visa - was sentenced to eight years in prison
Federal prosecutors said Wen exported over 50,000 rounds of ammunition, high-capacity magazines, body armor, and advanced tech from his California base, and was paid $2 million by North Korean agents for the operation.

Authorities described his home as a "revolving door" of suspicious activity, with a van parked outside used to move the arsenal.

They directly tying his actions to sanctuary protections which allowed him to avoid accountability and build his weapons ring.

Wen was arrested last December at his Long Beach-area home after an FBI investigation uncovered stockpiles of military-grade equipment that was being sent to North Korea.

They found firearms, suppressors, and other items hidden in his home and van, with evidence showing shipments routed through the Port of Long Beach.

Prosecutors said the weapons were earmarked for a "surprise attack" on South Korea.

Under Newsom, California has funneled massive taxpayer dollars into benefits for illegal migrants, with estimates from the Federation for American Immigration Reform pegging annual state and local costs at over $30 billion—for free education, health care, and welfare.
