Late Winter I was diagnosed with Cancer of the Pancreas in a Seattle Hospital and I wish to give thanks to the staff and Hospital für their care. It is my view if I went to Vancouver I would be dead long before I was diagnosed. EFF CARNEY TORONTO OTTAWA AND THE BLOODY DOMINION OF KANADA.
