Recently I signed myself up for a Charity Boxing Match...
I have never competed in a boxing match before in my life, BUT it is for a great cause...

Twelve men a day take their own life in the UK, and if putting myself through a gruelling training camp, to then get punched in the face can encourage guys to talk, raise awareness, and generate funds for a charity that has helped myself as well as help so many others... then win, lose or draw it WILL be worth it!
