Collate: Glossary Workflow History (v1.9)

In version 1.9 of Collate, we've introduced an enhancement to the Glossary Approval Workflow. This new UI component clearly displays the workflow's progress, any failures, and task creations, providing transparent visibility into the current status and history of changes.
