This here is the side delt machine.

First set/Top set.
130lbs Medium.
This rep range target is 10+ minimum, including spots.

This is a great alternative to doing dumbells if you feel they put too much stress on your shoulder joints.

A good tip here is to not fully clasp the handles and imagine pressing upwards above your hands with your elbows. This will create a better mind muscle connection.

I also prefer this machine because I can relatively easily get spots for working my negative reps to increase the stimulus to the target muscles. This, in turn, can lead to more muscle growth, muscular endurance, and strength gains. 💪
