Many times we have sales people focus on the number of calls and push for quantity, which is good.
Number of calls --> number of meetings --> number of sales.
I have worked with people and observed others, who do more research and then meet with customers. Their long term relationships with their customers is great!! They built a high trust relationship. Do the items that build trust with your customers. They are people and a relationship changes everything.
