Part 1: He's Not Going to Miss These "Back Boobs"...

Actually, I don't know if I would call these lipomas, I think i would say this is fat deposition, extra adipose, and that he tends to get fat that accumulates, unfortunately on his mid back, which makes him look like he has "back boobs". And that's what he and his wife calls them, not ME. Adore him and his wife, and please stay tuned to see how he looks at the end!!
