Opening prayer: Psalm 121 NLT: Father God, today we look up to the mountains and know our help does not come from there. Our help comes from the LORD, WHO made heaven and earth! 3 He will not let us stumble; you LORD who watches over will not slumber.4 Indeed, YOU, Jesus who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps. The LORD himself watches over us! The LORD stands beside us as your protective shade. 6 The sun will not harm us by day, nor the moon at night. 7 The LORD keeps us from all harm and watching over our life. 8 The LORD keeps watch over us as we come and go, both now and forever.

This message came to me early this morning as I quickly scanned the news. The LORD cautioned me that people must turn off the noise and seek HIM. The lying tongues in media will remain ensnared in their own pathway to destruction if they do not turn from their ways. We will continue to ride out the storms that are yet to come through the summer months. We are to stay steadfastly locked on HIS WORD and dwelling in the secret place of the Most High God, stable and fixed under the shadow of the ALMIGHTY, who is the maker of heaven and earth! (Ps 91)

We are to take everything, everything, everything that concerns our lives DIRECTLY to the Throne of GRACE. When He directs us to move forward into new and challenging assignments we are to RISE UP and WALK without fear. HE WILL MAKE A WAY WHERE WE SEE NO WAY! Remember, God does not call the qualified; He qualifies the called. Our strength is found when we walk in humility and dependence on HIM! (1 Cor 1:27)

Isaiah 8:11-14, 20-21 11 The LORD has given me a strong warning not to think like everyone else does. He said, 12 “Don’t call everything a conspiracy, like they do, and don’t live in dread of what frightens them. 13 Make the LORD of Heaven’s Armies holy in your life. He is the one you should fear. He is the one who should make you tremble. 14 He will keep you safe.

20 Look to God’s instructions and teachings! People who contradict his word are completely in the dark. 21 They will go from one place to another, weary and hungry. And because they are hungry, they will rage and curse their king and their God.

Closing Prayer: Psalm 123:3-4 Father God, thank you for your WORD in Psalm 123:3-4 we boldly beseech you to Have mercy on us, LORD, have mercy, for we have had our fill of contempt. 4 We have had more than our fill of the scoffing of the proud and the contempt of the arrogant.

We thank you LORD that you hear our prayers. LORD, search our hearts and walk with us faithfully every day as we run the course of the race you have set before us. We ask for your revelation knowledge and wisdom every day, in every circumstance. We give you all the honor, praise and glory! In Jesus Name! Amen and Amen!
