🇱🇦RAW BUFFALO & BILE LAAP: Dice buffalo meat & liver. Extract bile from the sack. Mix with rice powder, coriander, mint, pepper, onion, galanga, lemongrass, chili, bile, salt, and MSG.

🇱🇦BUFFALO HEART: Slice the Buffalo heart, season with garlic, lemongrass, salt, MSG, chilli and fish sauce, place on bamboo skewers. Grill over fire.
