LIVE: Adelson Matriarch Murder Trial — FL v. Donna Adelson — Day 1

Donna Adelson is facing trial after police believe Charlie Adelson, Donna’s son, and Donna hired three people to kill Florida State University professor, Dan Markel. Markel was Donna’s ex-son-in-law who had been in an intense custody battle with her daughter, Wendi Adelson, at the time of his murder. Charlie has already been convicted of the crimes and was sentenced to life in prison. Donna was indicted on criminal charges a week after Charlie was found guilty.
