Super Seroma !

Dr. John drains a huge seroma to the foot and pulls out 140cc of serous fluid. Seromas are pockets of fluid under the skin that can develop after surgery. In this case, the patient had a contusion injury and with her history of amniotic band syndrome had multiple adhesions and scar tissue with lymphatic damage it lead to a large seroma.
