Wind Farms Running on Diesel Exposed

:::: on windy days, they are not moving. Then on other days with not much wind they are all moving just fine. Then other days only some of them move. No rhyme or reason as far as I can tell. I think its a scam like everything else For wind is controlled by The Creator and they get None so they come up with all these lies and excuses like" de-icing", patethic, but that's Typical MSM, this is just like the diesel generators that charge up electrical vehicles.
