Collin Rugg -The Kentucky judge who was shot by a sheriff is accused of having s*x with inmates from the jail in exchange for more lenient sentences.

"I was part of it. I was one of them," said accuser Tya Adams.

Judge Kevin Mullins was shot at a courthouse, allegedly by Letcher County Sheriff Shawn 'Mickey' Stines, back in September.

Stines and Mullins knew each other for years. On the day of the incident, the two men, along with some others, had lunch together.

After lunch, Stines asked if he and Mullins should meet privately, which is when the incident occurred.

Stines is currently awaiting trial. He pleaded not guilty to one count of m*rder.
