Part 2 to converting cglm to full automake builds

In this video I get the cglm compiled using his autogen.sh then configure, a step he DOESN'T MAKE CLEAR in his README file nor anywhere obvious.

I do a 180 and stop wasting my time reconfiguring, as after this step it compiles....
