7D2D AWESOME Mods, NEW POI!

I started a new map in 7 Days to Die and added some Fantastic Mods.
I stumbled onto this POI that I have never seen before and it is Neato.
I was a dumb dumb and don't have recordings of days 1 & 2. I wish I did because it was a roller coaster of wins and losses. I'm playing permadeath on this one. When I hit 25 Deaths I have to start a new map. :-)
