This was the
First Set/Top Set.
This is great for working all the head of the shoulders, aka "deltoids" as well as Triceps.
This is a compound movement because multiple joints are moving/involved as well as multiple muscle groups are at play (Triceps + shoulders and upper pecs to a very small degree).
I perform full reps first until I can not do any more and then do these extra negatives only reps to increase the stimulus overall.
Heavy rep range Is a target of 1-6+ minimum, including spots.
