Is Meditation and Yoga of the Devil?

In response to a few questions if meditation is evil and videos claiming yoga is evil I give my two cents on misinformation on meditation and yoga. Can something that heals the mind and body be evil? Or is it the western lifestyle that many practitioners add to these practices? We are taught to fear these things as a way to keep us ill.
