Chris Enns is a medical cannabis advocate, entrepreneur, and social justice activist based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is the founder of The Farm Assists, the first storefront medical cannabis dispensary in Atlantic Canada, which he operated from 2012 until its closure in 2024. Over the years, Chris has been at the forefront of the fight for the rights of medically licensed cannabis patients, often putting himself on the line to challenge unjust laws and prosecutions.

His commitment to social justice extends beyond cannabis advocacy, as he actively supports Indigenous rights. Recently, Chris has been working with members of the Mi'kmaq Rights Association, providing legal assistance in their struggles against unlawful searches and seizures that violate the Peace and Friendship Treaty of 1752.

Currently, Chris is returning to university in pursuit of a law degree to further his work in social justice while continuing to offer support to others facing legal challenges.
