A pride of Soviet aircraft manufacturing, the largest serial cargo plane in the world with a wingspan of 73.3 meters.

The aircraft was designed to transport heavy and oversized cargo, including military equipment, industrial machinery, large infrastructure elements, and humanitarian aid. Thanks to the unique design of the cargo hold and cargo doors at both the nose and tail of the aircraft, "Ruslan" allows loading and unloading of large and complex-shaped cargo.

In the An-124-100-150 modification, the maximum takeoff weight is 405 tons, and the maximum payload is 150 tons.
