CPS Has Jayden Spicer's BLOOD On Their Hands

You would think that with all of the background checks and drug testing that's required before fostering a child, that something like this wouldn't happen. CPS did not do their job and are mostly responsible for Jayden's death. Yes, his mother is an animal but they fed that boy to her without a second thought. Every case worker involved with that kid should be fired.
