BOUNTY CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups (500ml) milk or buttermilk
1 teaspoon (5ml) Vinegar
2 Cups (500ml) self raising flour
1 teaspoon (5ml) Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup fine coconut
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 can coconut cream
150g milk chocolate
125ml fresh cream

METHOD
Mix buttermilk and vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes
Then add in coconut oil and mix well
Sift in all the dry ingredients and half the fine coconut and pour into twon round baking pans and bake for 30mins or until toothpick comes out clean
Beat coconut cream with 2 tablespoons sugar until fluffy
Melt chocolate and mix through fresh cream
Once the cakes are baked and cooled, sandwich with the whipped cream
Spread the chocolate ganache on top
Garnish with desiccated coconut and bounty chocolate
