8/18/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Explain Organized Harassment, Gangstalking PERP Pattern

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

I will explain the tells of how you or anyone else can spot any organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators you may find anywhere. The perps and collaborators are a bunch of retarded dummies who will self expose themselves in the most publicly humiliating ways possible, and none of you should be wasting those opportunities to to make a hobby or a show out of the various uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps. There are many international audiences who would love to see your shared work.

Non gangstalking perps do not just loiter around to waste time in pretending they are doing something legitimate. They will be doing something legitimate as fast and efficiently as they can, and then moving onto their next tasks. The gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators will appear as if they are going out of their way to inconvenience themselves like the tactical morons they really are. You jobs are to make every perp look like a publicly exposed moron. The perps love public mocking of them.

There are three sections of this video that all of you should be looking at more closely. Pause this video down and manually advance this video to see more details and to take your still screen shot photographs for further international sharing. Do not stay local and small. Make things as large and international as you can possibly make things.

The first part of this video of interest, is the loitering SUV in the parking lot of the of the senior retirement apartment complex. The vehicle had been loitering there for about 15 minutes of more, pretending to be picking someone up. Even some old people do not take 15 minutes to walking to a vehicle from inside some buildings. You will also notice the SUV driver averting and turn the face always away as if hiding something for being made internet famous. Even a partially obscured face, vehicle, and building is enough information to get an exptrapolation of the missing parts of the images. Gangstalking perps have not heard of decentralized, open sourced global intelligence and counter intelligence operations, influence operations, 4th generational warfare, 5th generational warfare? All of you can look up those terms on your own. Videos and photographs can be sifted for more information by human eyes, compurters, and AI artificial intelligence tools.

The second video part of interest in at the Shell gas station and store parking lot. You will notice the blue and red SUVs and the drivers' peculiar behaviors. They are acting very inefficiently and in a clumsy manner. Most non perps would park their vehicles, buy gas, and walk into the store. They would not be anxiously going in and out around the store and parking lot, back and forth, back and forth, driving 20 feet away to park their vehicles again. This behcavior means the perps and collaborators were told to rush to the gas station to perp spy first and then pretend to be shopping last.

The third and last part of interest is the part of this video around the Shoppers Drug Mart store and the shopping centre parking lot. Closely watch the faces and vehicles around the store and parking lot areas. Slow down this video and manually advance this video frame by frame to take screen still photographs for further global sharing.

I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department. I was also a majority political party regional executive member, former arena sports/entertainment complex crowd control staff, apartment building owner landlord's kid. I used situational awareness and pattern spotting in all of those job roles. I can spot others and almost read their minds.
