Single Leg Glute Bridge

Single leg work is always a great option for making an exercise more challenging. Especially, if there is no option of being able to add weight. Lot more glute, central core and peripheral core (upper back) activation when moving into one leg. Leg doesn't not have to fully come off the floor if your place of strength does not allow you to do the movement safely. Just lean more into one leg. You want to minimize the amount of torsional stress. This should not hurt your back. If it does, put your other foot back on the ground.
