Above the Law - Rhode Island Assistant Attorney General Arrested by Newport Police

Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Hogan Flanagan falsely claims Police MUST "turn your bodycam off... Protocol is that you turn it off... It’s a citizen request that you turn it off".. CLEARLY she MUST know this is not true... but she says it anyways.

AAG Flanagan and her friend, Veronica Hannan, were both arrested for Trespassing from the Clarke Cooke House restaurant in Newport, Rhode Island.

Among the many false statements by the AAG ... Flanagan effectively threatened the Arresting Officers with "You’re going to regret it" ... what case could she POSSIBLY have? ,, She was told the leave by the restaurant... she didnt.. the Cops told her to leave.. she didnt... what other outcome is possible here? .. yep.. you guessed it.. ARREST!

Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha's office had no comment when questioned according to the NY Post.
