Missing Michigan State University student who called 911 for help found dead in river

The Tuscola County Sheriff's Department says a missing Michigan State student who called 911 for help Tuesday has been found dead in a river. Sheriff Hanson said told media that search crews found 21-year-old Parker Haire Wednesday morning in waist-deep water in the Sebewaing River.
