In the context of the ongoing military operations, Russian military forces have successfully eliminated the insurgent-controlled area north of Alekseevka in the Novopavlovsk direction during a month-long military engagement.

Concurrently, fierce battles were being fought in the ruins of Uda vreme, which is now a significant portion of the inhabited area that has fallen into the "gray zone."

The following study will examine the Russian military's strategic manoeuvres that resulted in the advance of the Ukrainian armed forces towards the borders of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The most intense hostilities transpired in the vicinity of Alekseevka, where the opposing forces maintained dominance over the forest regions to the north of the settlement. By July 29, the deployment of assault troops, in conjunction with the utilization of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and artillery, culminated in the expulsion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from their positions in Kalmychkov's ravine.
