Gov.-elect Tony Evers on drunk driving laws: 'We need to take it more seriously'

Next week, Gov.-elect Tony Evers will be sworn in as Wisconsin's 46th governor. He'll becoe the leader of a state that has passed tougher drunk driving laws in recent years but remains the only state in the country that does not make a first drunk driving offense a crime. It is only a ticket violation.
