8/17/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Meet Associate, Found Cops & Civilian Gangstalking PERPS

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

It was late on a Sunday night and I was to meet with one of my group associates at a downtown location to do our usual things. I am sure you can guess what things my other group associates and I do all over the entire Earth in every city and every country?

The reason why we like to choose late at night is for logistical reasons. Choosing the most late night and inconvenient times would have a greater odd of making the lives of the various organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators as friction prone as possible. We would also like to record the various types of perps being inconvenienced too, as that would give my associates and I some extra participation points among the other international group members. Everyone enjoys to watch the corrupted ones being shit and pissed on, basically.

As you can see from this video, I captured some one headlight gangstalking perp vehicles, and two perp cars show up at the Dairy Queen restaurant parking lot to only loiter, stare, and then leave. Those two gangstalking perpetrator cars are the two cars parked at the far left end of the Dairy Queen parking lot. None of those car occupants even got out of their vehicles to go inside the restaurant or anything else, just like what loitering organized harassment, gangstalking perps would do as they get themselves internet famous to all kinds of nice and/or nasty international organizations and their global followers.

I even managed to get a flashing lights black and white Victoria Police car behind a white car and a tow truck somewhere in the downtown areas at night after 11:00 pm.

After leaving Dairy Queen, I went to another downtown location to briefly meet with with one of my international group associates. What we exchanged and talked about has been edited out to not show any details. It suffice to say that we did meet up and passed along each other's content.

The end part of this video had some flashing lights and vehicles at the end of the street. Those flashing lights were police, fire, and ambulance making a big show of their fake emergency street theatre acting show. That was timed and stage for after I had returned from meeting with one of my group associates downtown.
