For many, growing non-toxic meat is only a dream. I want to know where my meat comes from, because I know vegan is NOT for me. So aside from finding a badass rancher who cares about the quality of his animals, I raise and butcher my own. I know- shocker. If you really care about your health and the health of your family- this is honestly the best way to do it. And you can do it in your backyard! I did.
